Sweet_William
We grow our Sweet William from seed in the summer. Once the seedlings have a few leaves we prick them out in cells until they are well-rooted. In late summer we plant the plugs outdoors and in tunnels which gives us an extended season when they flower the following year.
Sweet William is a traditional cornish flower crop, and are in flower and available to send with our flowers by post service during late April, May and June.
Sweet William are from the same plant family as scented pinks, they flower in a range of colours usually pink, white, lilac and red/burgundy with contrasting colours in the centre of each flower. They also have a sweet scent.
