A long-lasting fresh white bunch of flowers for late August and early September.
As we turn towards the end of the Summer, our flowers are once again changing. Now it’s the time for the Ornithogalum Saundersiae to shine. These are unusual flowers with cream/white star shaped petals. Incredibly long-lasting in the vase. Here we’ve teamed them with long-lasting Alstroemeria grown by Thomas in the Tamar Valley.
We grow the Ornithogalum here in Polytunnels on our farm, but also top up from local flower grower Stuart, who grows his flowers a few miles away near to the South Cornish Coast.
