Our lovely colourful Bouquet of the Week for the 14th to the 18th of September will be a beautiful mixture of Scented Pinks, Helichrysum, Statice and Michaelmas Daisy.
The Scented Pinks are grown right here on our farm and have a clove like fragrance. These are likely to be a mix of shades of Pink and white.
The Helichrysum are also grown here on our farm and were started from seed earlier in the year. We have had a fabulous crop of these this year and we are already planning the varieties that we will sow for next Summer!
The Statice are also grown here from seed and we have been picking these by the (beautiful) barrow load for months now. They are often grown to be dried and used in dried arrangements but we love them in a fresh arrangement too as they have such sturdy stems and a wonderful range of colour.
The Michealmas Daisy are also grown here and are a perennial that we cut back and divide each year to increase our crop.
