This year we’ve grown pink and blue and mauve/purple Statice. It’s lovely as a fresh or dried flower. We cut it and send it as a fresh flower, but if you wanted to keep it for longer you could dry the stems.
We grow our Statice in a glasshouse as it prefers drier conditions, and it will flower all summer long. It looks lovely mixed with our Scented Pinks.
